The Shasta College Bistro hours of operation are Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11 am. The last reservation is taken at 12:30 PM. Reservations are taken on the quarter and half hour, for example 11:00, 11:15, 11:30, etc. The restaurant is located in Room 2033 in the Student Campus Center.
